About

From a young age, you were taught to disconnect from your body—to numb the pain, dismiss its signals, and push through no matter the cost. You learnt to normalise PMS, ignore your cycles, and stretch yourself thin—your time, your energy, your expectations—no rest for the wicked. Society conditioned you to search outside yourself for answers, to trust the latest trend over your own intuition, and to prioritise productivity over pleasure.

I’m here to rebel, to flip the script and to teach you to rewrite the rules,

NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Ruby Shine

I wasn’t always the woman I am today. For years, I was stuck in burnout, disconnected from my body, and ignoring its cries for help. Hormonal chaos, exhaustion, anxiety—I thought this was just life.

Then it hit me: My body wasn’t the problem. The problem was I didn’t know how to listen to it.

That moment changed everything.

I stopped looking outside myself for answers and started decoding my body’s signals. What I discovered wasn’t just healing—it was power.

Now, I’m a holistic health activist on a mission to teach you how to see, read, and understand your body so you can activate your juiciest wellbeing & go from surviving to thriving.

A rich life, not a rushed life.

You weren’t designed to thrive in constant hustle mode. Your body craves ease, flow, and connection to unlock its full potential. When you slow down and prioritise pleasure, you activate oxytocin—the hormone that fuels your intuition, creativity, and resilience. This isn’t laziness; it’s your power. A rich life is about honouring your natural rhythms, letting go of the rush, and leaning into what lights you up. When you lead with ease, you don’t just get by—you flourish. Your ambition amplifies, your energy expands, and you thrive in ways you never thought possible.

My Story

In my 20s, I lived the “hyper-independent girl boss” dream—obsessed with hustling, building businesses, and achieving external success. I thrived on the adrenaline of accomplishment, chasing productivity at all costs.

Beneath the surface, I was crumbling. I was sick, exhausted, and completely out of alignment with my feminine energy—which, if I’m honest, felt like a woo-woo mystery I didn’t understand. I was plagued by symptoms I could no longer ignore: hormonal chaos, relentless anxiety, debilitating fatigue—all culminating in PCOS. My hair was thinning, my skin was inflamed and dull, and I felt broken, lonely, confused— a shell of myself.

Despite doing “all the right things”—5:30am workouts, clean eating, every health hack and endless self-help books—nothing seemed to stick. I felt like I was spinning my wheels, and the harder I tried to control everything, the worse it got.

I’ll be honest—there were moments I thought, Maybe this is just how life is for women. I seemed by everyone else's standards that PMS, exhaustion, and feeling off-kilter were normal, even though deep down, I knew they weren’t.

I was ready to give up and accept the struggle.

But then it hit me: My body wasn’t the problem. I was. I had been forcing my body to live in a way that wasn’t natural for it.

My aha moment came when I was at the gynaecologist and she told me "there was nothing I could do - just manage my symptoms with the birth control pill."

This just outraged me and I made it my mission to prove her wrong.

And that is what I did.

The turning point came when I began cycle syncing and reconnecting with my body’s innate wisdom. I stopped fighting my biology and started working with it. I honoured the rhythms of my infradian cycle, tuned into my nervous system, built my emotional regulation and shifted my approach to movement, nourishment, and self-care.

Slowly but surely, everything changed. My PCOS symptoms disappeared permanently. My energy hummed, I felt juicy. My hair, skin, and nails began to thrive.

I no longer lived in a constant state of burnout & overwhelm.

Instead, I moved through life with clarity, intuition, and trust that I knew how to respond to whatever my body was telling me.

I was thrilled with my transformation, but I knew this wasn’t just about me. I had to figure out how to create a system that could work for any woman—regardless of where she was starting or what her symptoms were.

I poured my heart into research, learning everything I could about female biochemistry, nervous system regulation, cycle syncing, and body wisdom. I combined the latest science with ancient wisdom to create a framework that could guide any woman to reconnect with her body, rebalance her hormones, and reclaim her feminine power.

The result? The Body Wisdom System—a step-by-step method to listen, own, unlearn, relearn, and take action. It’s the system I wish I’d had when I was lost in the girl boss hustle, chasing solutions that weren’t meant for me.

The Rebellion

Here’s the juicy part: reclaiming Body Wisdom isn’t just about you—it’s a rebellion against every story that’s told women to shrink, hustle, and silence their needs. It’s about saying, “Enough.” It’s about reclaiming your pleasure, your health, and your power.

When I found my flow, it hit me: so many women were stuck in the same cycle—“doing it all,” drowning in information overload, trapped by systems that weren’t designed for them, and feeling completely unsupported.

That’s when I knew I had to step up. I became a holistic health activist because the methods I used to heal weren’t just for me—they could help other women like me who craved this transformation but didn’t have the tools or framework to make it happen. My mission became clear: to help as many women as possible create a partnership with their bodies and step into their full power.
